International research shows that one of the factors in the progress of educational reforms depends on the individual and collective ability of teachers to help improve the educational process. From February 19 to February 24, 2019, within framework of the project «Partnership for Learning and Teaching in University Mathematics» (PLATINUM) of the EU Erasmus + CA203 – Strategic Partnership for Higher Education, 2018-1-NO01-KA203-038887, took place on a working visit to the Complutense University (Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM), https://www.ucm.es/).
